Jessie Goodman (formerly Jessie Rogers) has been leading worship and writing music since she was a teenager. Now in her 30's and married, she and her husband, Ian, along with other band and ministry team members are available to minister together wherever God sends them. At home, (Lakeland, FL) Jessie keeps busy as a wife, mommy, runner and "missionary." Ian is a gifted and anointed musician, and teaches Drums/percussion and helps direct Jazz at Southeastern University and USF. Ian and Jessie met while playing music together at a youth service, were married in 2003 and are now the proud parents of two precious sons, Israel and Malachi. They share a love for children in need and for the poor. Some of their efforts include World Vision Sponsorship, local outreaches and kids ministry at "Carver Village," and a portion of all HRM product sales is sent to Iris Ministries/Heidi Baker in Mozambique, Africa, where thousands of orphans are being cared for every day.
In 2008, Jessie began a very difficult journey through severe Postpartum Depression. Through worship, encouragement through God's word and her own personal testimony, she is helping other women who struggle. Visit Jessie's blog address: jessiesppdjourney.blogspot.com to read more of her story.
